Every year, Singaporean men are required to take the compulsory Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT). Although many dread it, the truth is it allows them to measure and get a sense of their fitness level. Women, on the other hand, don’t get the same opportunity.

As the Life Company, Great Eastern decided it was time women got the chance to test their fitness and plan for their health in the long run too. It’s why we organised Singapore's first ever nationwide all-women IPPT. Almost 600 women took part, allowing us to enter the Singapore Book of Records!
